Kituo cha msaada /Questionnaire
The questionnaire is what turns your business details into a list of things you actually owe. Answer it once, then only when something about the business changes.
Only a compliance officer, admin or owner can answer it. Viewers and external advisors can read the result.
A finished questionnaire can still show an empty list. Generated requirements start as proposed, move to under review, and appear to you only once they are confirmed. This is deliberate: Sahihi would rather show you nothing than show you a requirement nobody has checked.
Requirements added by hand and requirements later removed carry their own markers, so the review trail stays visible internally even when the client view is clean.
| Hali | What it means |
|---|---|
| Haijulikani | Applies to you, but Sahihi has no evidence either way yet. |
| Imekamilika | Held, current, and evidenced. |
| Zinaisha karibuni | Held, but the date is close enough to act on. |
| Expired | The date has passed. This is the one that costs money. |
| In progress | Being worked on, by you or by a runner. |
| Not applicable | Ruled out for your business, and kept on the list so the reason stays recorded. |
