Account details (name, email, phone), business registration data you provide (BRELA, TRA and related identifiers), and usage data needed to operate the service.
To map your compliance obligations, track filing deadlines, process payments through our escrow flow, and communicate with you about your account.
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 (Tanzania). Sensitive documents are encrypted at rest and access is limited to authorised staff.
