The dashboard answers one question: what would it cost you if nothing changed today. Every number on it is derived, so nothing has to be kept up to date by hand.
The share of your mandatory, confirmed requirements that are compliant, weighted so a high-penalty gap pulls the score harder than a nominal one. A business with no confirmed mandatory requirements yet scores 100.
One expired mandatory requirement caps the score at 40, however good the rest of the picture is. The cap is the point: a single expired obligation is what a regulator or a tender check will find.
A modelled range, in shillings, of what your current gaps could cost. It is recomputed nightly and stored, so the figure you see is a dated snapshot rather than a live guess, and the trend compares it with the previous snapshot. A brand-new business gets a live calculation until the first snapshot exists.
These count dates, not statuses. A licence you have already started renewing still counts as overdue once its date passes, because the renewal itself is what is late. Only revoked and expired licences drop out of the counts entirely.
