How do I sign in and get started?

Sahihi signs you in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. There is no password to remember unless you choose to set one.

Signing in

1. Open the sign-in page and enter your phone number or email address.
2. Wait for the one-time code. It is short-lived, so request a new one rather than reusing an old message.
3. Type the code on the second screen. You are in.

Sign-in is two steps on purpose: the first screen identifies you, the second proves it is you. If you have set a password, you can use it instead of a code.

Your first login

A brand-new account has no business attached to it. Sahihi sends you to the create-a-business form, because every licence, deadline and document in the product belongs to a business rather than to a person.

The code did not arrive

• Check the number or address you typed, then request a fresh code.
• On a weak mobile network, an SMS can take a few minutes. Wait before requesting a third code.
• If your account has no phone number on it, Sahihi falls back to email. Check the spam folder.
