How do runners and listings work?

Two separate things live here. A runner does paid filings through the marketplace. A directory professional is listed publicly and receives leads. You can be both.

Applying as a runner

1. Complete the runner application with your regions and specialisations.
2. Wait for vetting. Your application sits as pending until it is reviewed.
3. Once approved, the runner portal and the review queue open to you.

An application can be approved, rejected, or later suspended. Until you are approved, the portal sends you back to the application form and the review queue is not visible at all.

How work reaches you

When a client funds a task into escrow, Sahihi assigns it automatically. The ranking is:

• Region: you must cover where the work is.
• Specialisation: the task type must match what you do.
• Rating: a higher rating ranks you higher.
• Current workload: every open task you already hold pulls you down the list.

If nobody matches, the task waits for a Sahihi staff member to assign it by hand rather than going to an unsuitable runner.

Claiming a directory listing

Directory rows start as listed, compiled from public sources. Claiming one moves it to claimed, and verification follows.

• A row someone else has already claimed cannot be claimed again. Contact us if that row is really yours.
• Only published rows appear in the public directory.

Leads and contact reveal

A client enquiry becomes a lead in your inbox. Enquiries go out to matching professionals, and you confirm your phone with a one-time code before you can act on one.
