What do the plans cost and cover?

Two plans, one add-on, and one-off tasks priced individually. Only an owner can subscribe or change a plan.

The plans

PlanPriceWhat you get
Rada ya Uzingatiaji TZS 45000 a month, or TZS 459000 a year Your requirement register, the calendar, and reminders generated from your own business profile.
Huduma Maalum ya Uzingatiaji TZS 3060000 a year A named compliance manager who files and renews for you, a monthly health report, and the penalty guarantee.

Paying for a year up front is cheaper than paying monthly for twelve.

Paying and invoices

  1. Choose your plan and billing period.
  2. Sahihi issues an invoice with bank details and a reference.
  3. Pay by bank transfer, quoting the reference so the payment can be matched.
  4. Your plan activates once the payment is confirmed.

Every invoice stays on the invoices page, so an accountant or an auditor can be pointed there instead of asked for copies.

The NSSF and WCF add-on

A recurring monthly add-on for payroll remittances, priced on your employee band:

  • 1-4 employees: TZS 15000 a month
  • 5-19 employees: TZS 25000 a month
  • 20-49 employees: TZS 40000 a month
  • 50-99 employees: TZS 60000 a month
  • 100+ employees: TZS 90000 a month

Set your employee band first. The add-on is priced off it, so a business with no band recorded cannot be billed for it.

The penalty guarantee

A Concierge benefit: if Sahihi misses a deadline it was managing, the penalty is covered.

  • A 30-day waiting period from when cover starts.
  • Up to TZS 2000000 per claim.
  • Up to TZS 5000000 in any rolling 12 months.

Your caps are fixed when your cover is set up, so a later change to the published figures never shrinks cover you already hold.
