How does the firm console work?

The firm console is one screen for every client business you manage, so you are not signing in and out of separate accounts.

Firm roles

  • Firm staff: see the console and work on the clients.
  • Firm admin: everything staff can do, plus adding and removing clients, managing the team and paying the bill.

Adding clients

There are two routes, and the difference matters.

  1. Create the business yourself, for a client who is not on Sahihi yet.
  2. Invite an existing business, for a client who already has an account.

An invitation expires after 14 days, and only the business owner can accept it. A manager or an accounts clerk at the client cannot accept on the owner's behalf.

What your role gives you on a client

Your firm role decides your access on every client business you are linked to:

Firm roleRole on the clientIn practice
Firm adminAdminFull working access including locations, but not the client's team or plan, which stay with the owner.
Firm staffExternal advisorRead-only. Staff can see everything and change nothing.

Firm staff cannot file or upload on a client. External advisor is a read-only role. If your staff need to do the work rather than review it, they need firm admin.

Pricing and suspension

TZS 8,000 per client per month. Your rate is fixed when the firm signs up, so a later price change never reprices an existing firm.

An unpaid firm invoice eventually suspends the firm. A suspended firm sees the settle-your-invoice wall on every page except billing, so the way out is always reachable.
